Our AI assistant is powered by DeepSeek AI and trained on current China travel information. While it's highly accurate for most common travel scenarios, we recommend verifying critical information like visa requirements or emergency procedures through official sources.
Yes, many features work offline including basic translation, saved travel guides, and previously downloaded maps. However, AI assistance, real-time navigation, and camera translation require an internet connection for optimal performance.
Absolutely. We prioritize privacy by storing most data locally on your device. We don't collect personal conversations, translation content, or location history. API keys are stored securely, and we only collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app.
ChinaGo integrates with Amap (AutoNavi) and Baidu Maps for public transportation routing. When you select public transit options, you can choose to open your destination in either of these apps, which are more comprehensive for China's transit systems.
